Reading a quotation properly
There is no shortage of suppliers quoting nic salt. The scarce thing is a supplier who will tell you which SKU to drop. We have been shipping nic salt e-liquids long enough to know that the honest answer is usually a shorter list, and that is the answer we give.
We publish a realistic band of 1.43 to 4.91 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
Sell-through notes for the shop floor
Seasonality in nic salt e-liquids is real but smaller than most buyers assume. The bigger swing comes from restocking discipline, not from calendar events.
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep nic salt e-liquids at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.
What we test before a carton is sealed
7 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.

What happens when something goes wrong

Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.

Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 300 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
What happens if part of the order is defective?

What documents come with a shipment?
