Where defects actually come from
Ordering nic salt is not difficult. Ordering nic salt that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. How the price is actually built
We publish a realistic band of 1.57 to 4.67 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
Lead times, freight and landed cost
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 22 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.
Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.

For private label accounts we hold the artwork files and the approval record. Rebranding a line eighteen months later is then a file update instead of a redesign.

What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate pack for your market: test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets. We send scans before dispatch so your broker can pre-clear the file.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 50 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
