What happens when something goes wrong
The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.
Turning shelf space into repeat visits
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep nic salt e-liquids at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.

Quality control, in plain terms
