How the price is actually built

We publish a realistic band of 1.38 to 4.68 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
The cheapest way to lower your cost per unit is usually to remove a SKU, not to negotiate a discount. Fewer lines means larger runs, fewer changeovers and a better price at the same quality.
How orders move from factory to shelf
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 20 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.
We can consolidate mixed orders of nic salt e-liquids into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.
Getting the documents right
Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.
Regulation for nic salt e-liquids differs by country and sometimes by state. We do not pretend to be your lawyer, but we do keep the document pack current and we will tell you when a configuration cannot legally enter a market you have named.

The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
